  • The employer is free to introduce any of their providers (Doctors) that are currently on their retainership, but such healthcare providers must be accredited by NHIS. 
  • Each employee has the right to choose any hospital on our list regardless of whether the company was previously using such hospital or not. 
  • Any hospital chosen that is not on our existing list of providers shall be inspected and if found to meet our basic requirement and duly accredited by NHIS shall be put on the list of Prepaid Medicare Services Ltd providers.
  •  The employees (enrollee) can receive treatment in any of Prepaid Medicare Services Ltd. listed hospital anywhere in the country (if he is out of station) simply by presenting our Health card. 
  • The scheme is not discriminatory as it covers both male and female staff with their spouse and four children (under the age of 21). 
  • No employee will have any deduction made or bills piled up against his name for visiting the hospital on genuine ground regardless of the number of visits. 
  • No employee or dependants can be refused access to medical care because they frequent the hospital. 
  • Additional family members can be enrolled. 
  • Employees can change health care providers provided adequate notice is given. 
  • 24Hr emergency Help-lines on our health card in case of any difficulty. 
  • Direct mobile to the E.D to resolve grievances between the organisation and the HMO 
  • 24 Hours Internet Connection. 
  • Good relationship between key departments of both organisations for exchange of any relevant information.
